Steel, dimensions and intended use are recorded before production.
- 02Forging
Construction and primary geometry follow the reviewed specification.
- 03Heat Treatment
The selected process is confirmed for the material and intended build.
- 04Polishing
Surface finish and visible blade character are reviewed together.
- 05Mounting
Grip, fittings and saya are assembled as one coherent system.
- 06Final Inspection
Available photographs, measurements and finish checks are agreed in advance.
