Select a Piece or Submit a Brief

Choose a catalogue piece or describe a bespoke commission. Include intended use, preferred dimensions and visual references where relevant.

Destination Review

Confirm intended use, destination and an available shipping route. Local import, possession and use requirements remain the customer’s responsibility.

Quotation and Specification

Receive the quoted price, estimated production time and written specifications for review.

Deposit

Deposit amount, payment method, currency and refund conditions are provided in the quotation. No fixed percentage is stated until confirmed for the order.

Build Sheet Approval

Materials, dimensions, mountings, finish and requested inspection details are confirmed in writing before production.

Production

The agreed production updates and any approved changes are communicated against the build sheet.

Final Inspection

The available review of alignment, assembly, finish and packaging is completed before dispatch arrangements.

Final Payment and Shipping

The remaining payment terms, carrier, documents and shipping cost are confirmed for the specific order and destination.
